We also, use FlatRate pricing to ensure a "no risk investment" on your part, so you can feel confident that you will NEVER have to pay the price for slow service, but that is often the case with heating, cooling and plumbing contractors who charge by the hour instead of the job.        

With using a Flat Rate pricing program it ensures that the technician will take the time necessary to diagnose and fix the problem without rushing and making mistakes that could cause other potential problems with your HVAC system.
